What Growers Can and Cannot See

Explanation of PII boundaries — growers see crew-level status, not individual worker details.

What Growers Can and Cannot See

When: When you want to understand the data boundaries in Aversify.

  1. Growers see crew-level status: whether a crew is cleared to work, needs attention, or is not cleared to work for a given ranch.
  2. Growers see contractor-level data: scores, crew counts, and status breakdowns by contractor.
  3. Growers do not see individual worker PII (personally identifiable information). Worker names, IDs, and personal details are not exposed to grower users.
  4. This design protects worker privacy while giving growers the compliance oversight they need to demonstrate due diligence.

Outcome

You understand exactly what data is available to you as a grower and why certain details are not visible.

Common Mistakes

Requesting individual worker data from contractors outside the platform. The system is designed to provide compliance assurance without exposing PII.

What Happens If Skipped

Confusion about data visibility may lead to unnecessary friction with contractors or incorrect assumptions about platform limitations.
