How to create ranch profiles, assign requirements, and track crew assignments.

Adding and Managing Ranches

When: When setting up Aversify for the first time or adding a new ranch to the system.

  1. Navigate to Ranches in the sidebar.
  2. Click to create a new ranch and enter the ranch name, location, and county.
  3. Define the ranch's compliance requirements — specify what training and certifications are required based on the work performed and chemicals used.
  4. Review crew assignments to see which contractor crews are assigned to the ranch.

Outcome

The ranch is in the system with defined requirements, ready for crew clearance checks.

Common Mistakes

Creating the ranch without defining requirements. Without requirements, the system has no basis for evaluating crew clearance.

What Happens If Skipped

The ranch is not tracked in the system. No clearance checks can be performed for crews working that ranch.
