When: When onboarding a new ranch, updating requirements, or at the start of a new season.

  1. Navigate to Ranches in the sidebar.
  2. Select a ranch or create a new one.
  3. Review and update the ranch's specific requirements — these are the compliance rules that contractor crews must meet to be cleared for that ranch.
  4. Requirements can specify training modules, certifications, or other documentation that must be on file.

Outcome

Each ranch has clearly defined compliance requirements that contractors must meet.

Common Mistakes

Setting vague requirements. Requirements must be specific and measurable so the system can evaluate clearance automatically.

What Happens If Skipped

There is no basis for evaluating contractor compliance on that ranch. Clearance checks cannot be performed.
