Running a Crew Clearance Check

When: Before allowing a specific crew to work a specific ranch, or when a grower alert fires.

  1. Navigate to Crew Check in the sidebar.
  2. Select a ranch from the dropdown.
  3. Select a crew from the crews assigned to that ranch.
  4. Click "Check Clearance."
  5. Review the status summary — it shows the crew's status against that ranch's specific requirements.
  6. If the crew is cleared, you can generate a Clearance Certificate as a point-in-time proof.
  7. If the crew is not cleared, the system shows exactly which requirements are missing.

Outcome

A definitive answer on whether a specific crew is cleared to work a specific ranch, with proof.

Common Mistakes

Checking clearance once and assuming it stays valid. Clearance is point-in-time; a worker's certification could expire tomorrow.
