Responding When Crews Can't Work
When: When alert banners appear on the dashboard.
- Review the alert banner at the top of the Dashboard.
- Alerts may include: crews not cleared to work, new crews not yet set up, documents expiring soon, or contractor issues.
- Click the alert to see details.
- Take appropriate action — contact the contractor, restrict crew access, or request updated documentation.
- Dismiss the alert once resolved.
Outcome
Issues are addressed before they become inspection findings.
Common Mistakes
Dismissing alerts without acting on them. Dismissed alerts do not reappear.
What Happens If Skipped
Issues persist and accumulate without grower awareness.
