How to use the contractor list and detail pages to assess contractor performance.

Reviewing Contractor Compliance

When: Weekly, or when the dashboard shows contractor-level issues.

  1. On the Dashboard, review the Contractor Overview — it shows each contractor with crew counts and whether they're cleared to work, need attention, or can't work.
  2. Click a contractor name to see their detailed profile.
  3. Navigate to Contractors in the sidebar for the full contractor list.
  4. Review each contractor's crew status across all your ranches.

Outcome

A clear picture of which contractors consistently have their crews ready to work and which have ongoing issues.

Common Mistakes

Treating all contractors equally. Some may have ongoing issues that need to be addressed at the relationship level, not crew by crew.

What Happens If Skipped

Problem contractors continue sending crews that can't work to your ranches without intervention.
