Record and Manage Incidents

When: Immediately when an incident occurs (injury, illness, pesticide exposure, equipment accident, near miss, complaint).

1. Navigate to Incidents in the sidebar.
2. Click to create a new incident.
3. Select the incident type (injury, illness, pesticide exposure, equipment accident, transportation, near miss, complaint).
4. Enter the description, date/time, location (site and crew).
5. Add involved workers with their roles (affected, witness, reporter, bystander).
6. Set the initial severity level.
7. Save the incident. It enters "reported" status.
8. As investigation proceeds, update the status through: reported, under investigation, pending actions, closed.
9. Add corrective actions with due dates and assignees.
10. Upload evidence (photos, documents, witness statements).
