Morning Compliance Review

When: Every morning before the office day begins.

1. Open the Dashboard.
2. Review all status cards across both Compliance and Safety presets.
3. Check for any blocked crews — coordinate with supervisors to resolve.
4. Review the Supervisor Action card for unsigned sessions or paperwork gaps.
5. Check Coming Up for expiring certifications in the next 30 days.
6. Review New Hires for workers added without training on file.
7. Check OSHA Quick Stats for unclassified cases.
8. Create a daily action list from the above findings.
