How to review crew deployment status each morning before crews go to the field.

When: Every morning before crews deploy to the field.

Open the Dashboard.
Review the Crew Deployment Status card — note cleared, attention, and blocked counts.
Click into the Crew Triage section to see which specific crews are blocked or require attention.
For each blocked crew, review missing requirements and assign corrective action (schedule training, update certifications).
Check the Workers Ready for Field Work count to confirm overall workforce readiness.

Outcome

You know exactly which crews can deploy and which need action before they go to the field.

Common Mistakes

Ignoring "attention" crews because they are not fully blocked. These crews have expiring certifications and will become blocked if not addressed.

What Happens If Skipped

Crews deploy without current documentation. If inspected, the organization cannot produce proof of compliance.
