Configure Organization Settings

How to set up and maintain organization profile, team, notifications, and platform configuration.

Configure Organization Settings

When: During initial setup, or when organization details change.

  1. Navigate to Settings then Organization.
  2. Enter organization name, phone, email, address.
  3. Set timezone and default locale.
  4. Enter NAICS code (required for OSHA reporting).
  5. Configure team members and their roles under Settings then Team.
  6. Set up notification preferences under Settings then Notifications.
  7. Manage certification types under Settings then Certifications.
  8. Configure pesticide products under Settings then Products.

Outcome

The organization is fully configured and all platform features function correctly.

Common Mistakes

Skipping the NAICS code. This is required for OSHA 300A annual summary generation.

What Happens If Skipped

Incomplete organization setup causes missing data on compliance exports and OSHA forms.
