Working Offline

What to do if you have limited connectivity in the field.

Working Offline

When: When you are at a rural agricultural site with limited or no internet connectivity.

  1. Before heading to the field, check your crew's Status Gate and review any pending training while you have connectivity.
  2. Print training records from the Binder View so you have physical copies available in the field.
  3. If you need to conduct training without connectivity, deliver the session and record attendance on paper.
  4. When connectivity is restored, enter the training session into the system as soon as possible to maintain accurate digital records.

Outcome

Training delivery continues even without internet access, and records are updated as soon as connectivity returns.

Common Mistakes

Forgetting to enter offline sessions into the system later. Paper records alone are not sufficient for the digital compliance ledger.

What Happens If Skipped

Training gaps appear in the system even though training was delivered. The digital record does not reflect reality.
