Understanding the Status Gate

What green, yellow, and red mean, and what to do for each state.

Understanding the Status Gate

When: At the start of every workday, before the crew begins field work.

  1. Open the Supervisor Console (Dashboard).
  2. The Status Gate shows one of three states: Green (Current) means all assigned workers have documented required training on file and the crew is field-ready.
  3. Yellow (Expiring) means training is current but some certifications are expiring soon. Review the at-risk worker count and details.
  4. Red (Required) means workers are missing required training. Review blocking workers and their missing modules.
  5. If yellow or red, review the at-risk or blocking worker details to understand what training needs to be delivered.

Outcome

You know whether your crew is compliant before they start work.

Common Mistakes

Ignoring the yellow state. "Expiring" means it will be red soon — this is your window to schedule training proactively.

What Happens If Skipped

You deploy a non-compliant crew. If inspected, there is no documented proof of required training.
