Running a Training Session Step-by-Step

Complete walkthrough of the Training Wizard from topic selection to completion.

When: When training is due for the crew — either regular safety training or label-specific training.

From the Supervisor Console, start the Training Wizard.
Step 1 — Meeting Type: Select "Regular" for general safety training or "Label Specific" for pesticide product training.
Step 2 — Products (label-specific only): Select which pesticide products this training covers.
Step 3 — Topics: Select which training modules to cover. The system shows due modules and their talking points.
Step 4 — Attendance: Mark which workers are present. The system shows the full crew roster.
Step 5 — Deliver: The system displays talking points for each selected topic. Deliver the training to your crew using this content.
Step 6 — Confirm: Review the session summary — topics covered, attendees marked, and confirm accuracy.
Step 7 — Done: The session is recorded. Completions are generated for all present workers across all covered topics.

Outcome

A complete training record — date, time, topics, attendees, supervisor verification — synced instantly to the compliance ledger.

Common Mistakes

Marking workers present who were not actually there. This is records fraud. Skipping the talking points and not actually delivering the content.

What Happens If Skipped

Workers have no documented training for the required topics. The crew status gate turns red. If inspected, there is no proof of training.
