How to add new workers, update records, and manage crew assignments.

Manage Workers

When: When hiring new workers, changing crew assignments, or updating worker records.

  1. Navigate to Workers in the sidebar.
  2. To add a new worker, use the add worker action and enter their name, employee ID, and crew assignment.
  3. To review a worker's compliance status, click their name to open their profile.
  4. The profile shows all requirement instances, completed training, and any gaps.
  5. To reassign a worker to a different crew, update their crew assignment.

Outcome

Worker records are current, crew rosters are accurate, and compliance status reflects reality.

Common Mistakes

Not adding new hires promptly. The New Hires dashboard card flags workers with no training on file — if this list grows, you have exposure.

What Happens If Skipped

Workers are in the field without being tracked in the system. Their training status is unknown and cannot be proven during an inspection.
