How to create and manage training modules with content, talking points, and language settings.

Configure Training Modules

When: At the start of a season, when regulations change, or when grower requirements are updated.

  1. Navigate to Trainings (Modules) in the sidebar.
  2. Review existing modules. Each module has a title, content items (talking points), and language settings.
  3. To create a new module, click "New Module" and define the title, content, default language, and available languages.
  4. Add talking points — these are the content items supervisors will deliver in the field.
  5. If the module requires a trainer certification (e.g., pesticide training), enable that setting and specify which language certifications are required.

Outcome

Training modules are ready for supervisors to deliver. Content is structured so field delivery is consistent.

Common Mistakes

Creating a module without talking points. Supervisors need structured content to deliver training consistently.

What Happens If Skipped

Supervisors cannot run training sessions for that topic. Workers remain non-compliant for that requirement.
